Meet Rebecca

I have been on my own healing journey for over 10 years and a large part of my healing has been through medicine work.  The work I did in between sessions is what allowed me to embody a new way of being and I could not have done this without support. In my experience being able to show up and be witnesses vulnerably, raw and messy was absolutely necessary in my healing. 

In my experience, integration is where you embody the lessons received in the medicine experience. A new way of life which in the begging can be very uncomfortable, lonely and disorienting.  The time and commitment in between medicine sessions, is what allows you to move through difficult experiences and release more fully what is no longer serving. Having support and being witnessed by bringing your darkness into the light allows the energy to move, bring new  insight and a way of being. For me, by doing this it has allowed me to fully live the life my soul has been craving and that's why I feel called to support you on your journey. Remember, the medicine is the guide and you, your soul, is what brings you home.
